Reframe this concept as: a whimsical, extremely finely detailed 3D illustration of a cute toddler boy with an oversized head and big expressive eyes, standing barefoot inside a white bathroom sink. He is balancing on a giant toothpaste tube while brushing his teeth with a blue toothbrush. Water splashes everywhere, frozen mid-air in sparkling droplets. The child has dark brown short hair in a messy , wearing a loose gray t-shirt and patterned shorts. Soft natural morning light streams through a window, creating a polished, cozy bathroom atmosphere. Pixar-aesthetic character visual design, chibi proportions, hyper-lifelike textures, shallow depth of field, luminous pastel colors, playful and joyful mood, ultra-high resolution, film-like illumination.
